• Storing plated jewelry •
Avoid storing your jewelry in moist environments, like your bathroom. It is best to store them in dry and shady places like a drawer, or a jewelry box where they are not exposed to the open air or moisture as these can cause the jewelry to change color (oxidation), darken or fade out. Storing them correctly will lengthen their life span and assure your jewelry lasts longer.

• Wearing plated jewelry •
If you intend on wearing Gold Plated Jewelry without removing it, it's best to buy really good quality so that do not fade easily as plating finishes may wear off by direct contact with the skin if wearing it for a prolonged time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All of ByParisie Jewelry are Made to Order goods which in this case can not be refunded that is also for European Customers as EU law States for Custom or Made to order items.

REFUNDS are only offered for defective, damaged or lost items (upon investigation by the post office). Photos for defective items need to be included for proof.
Lost or really late packages ( 6 weeks) would be liable for Refund, Partial Refund or Replacement after discussion with the customer.

Estimated shipping and the dispatch date are shown at the time of purchase.

I live in NYC and I have been working with Parisi for many, many years. This is a very pretty necklace. It looks like it would feel heavy in the photos but it is very light. The clasp is a bit odd as it’s a bit too big to be hooked on the chain. It would be easier if the chain loops were thicker to accommodate it. Otherwise very pretty! -Laurena

I would not recommend this shop. The quality of the merchandise is fine, however the shopping experience could not have been worse. What I received was in no way close to the item pictured/discribed on the site. What I ordered was a bright orange necklace (called hyacinth). What I received was red. When I contacted the seller and forwarded the website photo & a photo of the merchandise I received, she said it could be returned, but she did not offer return shipping labels. I explained I did not think the shipping expense should be my obligation. To this, she said she would reimburse return shipping, but not an express shipment (she is located in Cyprus).The original order was placed 7/6/22 & as of today (9/17/22) the return is still not completed. I cannot review the order because I have not received it yet. I was emailed that the order shipped on January 4th. I emailed the shop asking for an estimated arrival a week ago but have not received a response—- Received the bracelet and it is beautiful and well crafted. Owner did reported that she did not receive my message and she did reach out to me. Would have given a 5, however I decreased bc of shipping delay (which is out of their control). My complaint is not with the earrings, which finally arrived and are very nice, but with the shipping. It took almost a month to get them, as they were shipped from Cyprus. For some time, the vendor was not answering e-mails, and then I get a rather unapolgetic e-mail, saying they were on their way, and it took time. When you order something you don't expect to wait this long. A pair of earrings weighs nothing, so a more timely shipping rate wouldn't break the bank. -Karen

Beautiful earrings, arrived after two weeks of purchase. A little too heavy as a stud. If the poorly made rubber backings were stronger, it may be able to keep them on ear but sadly they didn't. I had to use some metal backings from another pair of earrings to be able to keep them from falling off my ears. They still sag a little but I will wear them once in awhile for the beauty of the actual earring

No 2 It is actually the size of a ring guard. To achieve some resemblance to a ring, one would need to purchase three at least.. Conclusion: Do not waste your money. It does not deserve even one star.
